Product Features

  • The machine tool features a bridge-type gantry frame structure as its overall layout, with both the base and the bridge columns being fixed.
  • The crossbeam smoothly traverses along the column guide rail in the Y direction, while the sliding plate on the crossbeam enables movement along the X direction. Additionally, the spindle box moves vertically in the Z direction along the guide rail of the sliding plate. To further enhance its capabilities, the machine tool is equipped with an AC (BC) two-axis CNC cradle working turntable at the front end of the base bed, enabling the realization of advanced five-axis machining functions.
  • The overall design of the machine tool prioritizes thermal symmetry, ensuring balanced heat distribution. The spindle incorporates an active circulating water cooling system, providing effective cooling during heavy-load processing and maintaining excellent thermal deformation symmetrical balance performance.
  • To ensure high-precision processing, the machine tool is equipped with a state-of-the-art cradle turntable known for its exceptional precision.
