The casting structure features high-grade cast iron, providing exceptional stability and robust earthquake resistance. It incorporates an arch -bridge type high -rigidity structure for maximum strength and rigidity.
The column's bending and torsion resistance is enhanced 1.7 times, ensuring stable processing throughout the entire Y-axis stroke,including the uppermost end.
By combining nitrided and ultra-low temperature (-190 ° C) treated spindles with high-precision and high-rigidity spindle bearings ,our product achieves optimal long-term performance .
The spindle bearing is equipped with a circulating oil cooling system, incorporating an oil pipe-sheath cooling design to prevent thermal displacement issues.
The flange part of the spindle motor adopts oil pipe sheath cooling.
The spindle undergoes a special nitriding process to ensure long-term wear resistance even under prolonged use.
The X/Y/Z-axis lead screw and motor implement a direct transmission mechanism with a reducer.
